Mar 28, 2015. #10. Yeah, it should be " of late" and means " lately". "off-late" is a typo I guess. Thanks everybody for the explanation. Unfortunately, the discussion is not in the language that I can understand, but I catch the word " of late", and it is what I've been looking for. Thanks again!

1 There seems to be some evidence that as of late (in the sense of recently) was perhaps a bit more common a century or two ago, but I think including as has never been the norm.
